    Article Snippet: Following fixation, samples were permeabilized and blocked with a solution of 2% bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 0.1% Triton-X in PBS for 2 h. Primary antibody incubation was conducted overnight at 4 °C using a goat anti-human SOX9 antibody (10 μg/mL, R&D Systems) and a rabbit anti-human Collagen II antibody (1:500 dilution, Sigma Aldrich).
